TCS HWSX Alignment

WP#10256 Following alog61972

We haven't yet manged to get a good return HWS ITMX beam but can only see a faint beam from in-vac with the SR3 baffle visible. This morning I did some SR3 exploration following T1700163.

Previously Austin and I found that we were very close to in-vac clipping in this plot in alog 61931. Today I adjusted the new in-vac pico HWS mirrors (mainly pitched up) in order to move further from in-vac clipping. Today's SR3 clipping plot looks much better but the nominal alignment is still not in the central 50% of the range.

With SR3 back to nominal the ALS leakage beam looks clipped at HWS camera: photo here. This isn't good. I moved SR3 alignment to (P 347, Y -207) which was as central in the clipping range as I could get without moving the upper periscope mirror. After realigning ALS to HWS the ALS beam on the CCD looked much better (photo) but we still didn't have a good return HWS beam.

I would have liked to have yawed more but we were at the edge of the upper periscope mirror. So periscope/upper mirror would need to be moved in +x.
