OMC Scans at 10W and 50W input

The IFO was powered up on RF so we could perform OMC scans. The template for the scan is located in userapps omc/h1/templates/OMC_scan_50W.xml

Scan 4 did not complete- lost lock at 22:53 UTC. Likely due to 3 dB reduction of RF45 modulation depth (lock held for two minutes after reduction).

Just a note that I killed the lock when trying to go from DC readout at high power to RF readout. I had matched the gains via the input matrix, but we lost lock during the ramp between them. Next lock Georgia figured things out so that we were on RF DARM.
