Input Arm ISIs - Isolation Performance

Since the IMC test, the ISIs of the input arm were subject to payload changes and mechanical adjustments. 

Today, we wanted to test the controllers we designed during the IMC test, and see how their stability was impacted by the changes mentioned above. Were tested:
 -Damping loops
 -ISOlation Loops Level #1 (UGF ~10Hz)
 -ISOlation Loops Level #2 (UGF ~25Hz)
 
Conditions of the test
 - in vacuum
 - during the regular work day
 - HEPI Locked
 
All appeared to be stable for the reasonable amout of time they were tested. Performance spectra were taken. Plots are attached. Overall performance looks good.
