Lowered target OMC DCPD Power to 15mA
To facilitate trying to go to higher power, I have changed the OMC DCPD target power in lscparams to be 15mA, down from our usual 20mA.
Last night just before lockloss, the max counts on DCPD A were about 5600 cts. With this slightly lower DARM offset, our max counts are at 4300 cts.
