This afternoon we opened the CO2 Y table, dumped the beam before it goes in chamber, and looked at the beam centering on the masks using the FLIR camera. Previously (alog 61704) the beam was at (181, 125) on the FLIR camera. When we first looked today it was low and left on the camera/masks (see first and second attachments for central and annular). The starting beam with no mask was centered on (143, 150). The beam was miscentered from my pico misadventures last month.
We moved pico #1 ("Y 1st beam steering mirror before HWS") +3000 in x and +2500 in y to get beam to (181, 125). Great! Third, fourth, fifth attachments are the beam as we left it. The final pico position for pico1 is x=-1470, y=2500.
We removed the beam dump, powered down the laser, and disabled the pico controller. The on-table alignment looks good now, we will still want to align the top periscope mirror using the Hartmann as a guide.
