IMC VCO sweep started

I just started an IMC VCO sweep, since the IFO is locked, but not in use.  It'll take ~10,000 seconds, or about 2.7 hours.

The end of the script is rather abrupt.  It doesn't seem like this is a critical problem, but probably something I should do more gracefully for the next time we run this script.

This IMC VCO scan ran successfully last night.  Some CHARD ASC measurements were ongoing for at least the very first part of this sweep, but that is extremely low frequency, and the whistles that Team DetChar will be looking for in this data are high frequency, so there should be no problems.

We ran omegascans for the three hour stretch while the test was running (1 minute at a time) and found no whistles except for ~05:28:00 UTC (the plots created by us are attached below). According to our analysis, the time corresponds to -2.99V.

We might get a better understanding if we could run a similar test but slower over a narrower voltage band (about [-4,-2] for ~3 hours). That would help us narrow down the voltage at which whistles are occurring.
