New dewhitening filters for HAM-A coil driver of IM1-4, RM1-2, OFI

Similar to alog 64023, the dewhitening filters of the HAM-A coil drivers were changed for IM1, IM2, IM3, IM4, RM1, RM2 and OFI to provide more high frequency noise suppression.

The following units were modified per ECR E2200307 and T2100410. With chassis open, we verified the following on all the units:

Correct insulators on the regulators (power board) were installed
Verified all output resistors R11/R33 are 1.2Kohm

The IM drivers were using binary channels for run/acquire/enable switching. Since we never use this feature, we now use jumpers instead. The binary IO for these modules is now defunct.
