LVEA SEI Test Stand Computer Timing Restored 
The timing on h1seitst has been corrected by replacing the IRIG-B card and attaching the IRIG-B signal to the proper connector.  There are still IPC errors, these may be model related?  The Dolphin network is attached and appears to have initialized correctly.
