Upgrading 18bit-DAC to 20bit-DAC for SUS SR2 and SRM

Jeff, Fil, Erik, Marc, Jonathan, Dave:

One 18bit-DAC card in each of the h1sush34 and h1sush56 chassis was upgraded to a 20bit-DAC.

Models changed (no DAQ restart required):

h1iopsush34, h1iosush56, h1sussr2, h1sussrm.

The SWWD receivers for SEI HAM 3,4,5,6,7 were bypassed with a long bypass time (10hours).

The front ends were powered down, the cards were swapped, the new models were installed and the front-ends brought back up.

All watchdogs were removed and Jeff brought the SUS back online.

One surprise was a skipped slot on h1sush34. The 4th slot of its 2nd Adnaco backplane is not being used
