I updated my modified plant inversion filter that I originally created in alog 64374 to prevent ringing in PRC2 P around 3 Hz. I tested this filter during DRMI acquisition and at low noise and it works very well. I have now updated the ISC_LOCK and ISC_DRMI guardians, and updated sdf to now use FM8 instead of FM7.
