Lost lock once at CARM_TO_ANALOG, but Gerardo pointed out that SRM's M1 LOCK gain was still set to 0.01, which might not be what we want any more now that the temps are better.  I've just set it back to the previous nominal of 0.02 for this next lock attempt.

Even with the SRM M1 LOCK gain reverted to -0.02, we had basically the same lockloss at CARM_TO_ANALOG.  Both times, the PRG was only about 48.  I wonder if it's an alignment issue?

Nope, not an alignment issue.  Hand-aligning I got the PRG up to 52 and we still lost lock at CARM_TO_ANALOG (with SRM M1 gain at -0.02). Nominal PRG when we're well aligned at 2W is more like 54.  But, we survived the first kick in CARM_TO_ANALOG, and lost lock on the second kick. So, maybe with the better alignment and also re-reducing the SRM M1 gain?

I'm going to leave the IFO down for tonight, and we'll try again locking after maintenance tomorrow.
