Investigating the ALS END X laser issues:

• There was no indication that the laser was mode hopping.
• Moved the current to 1.875A from 2.030A.
• Adjusted the temperature to 25.14C from 24.99C.
• Doubler crystal temperature stayed at 33.62C.
• Current crystal frequency around +10MHz to be locked.

We will have to see if this is a better configuration for the laser.
