Corey and I went out to End Y, Corey was checking the position of the IR beam on the middle panel of the ALS table and I was trying to align the camera for the green reflected beam.  
When we got there the qpd matrices were all zeros, after Chris did a burt restore of h1iscey to March 16th we could see that there was light on qpd A but not B.  Vincent adjusted the isi alignment for us, and then I changed the offsets on PZT1  from 100 on both Pit and Yaw to 10000 in PIT and  6000 in YAW.  We were then able to use the servos to center the beam on the QPDs.  

Corey marked his spot, and I roughly aligned the camera although there is no power to it, so we will probably need to adjust it once its powered up.  

I created a safe.snap file for h1iscey for this state, with the PZT servos off.
