Fil found a grounding issue with HAM7 SFI1. I lifted the coil of cables on the floor of the chamber and the grounding issue went away so it was in the SFI1 cable between the flange and the cable bracket. This is spec'ed to be a 260" D1700316 cable but I can't find a record of what was installed. Cable doc D1900278. Alog 61077. This was a newer style white cable, photo of the coil moved is attached.  I also touched all D8 flange cables so Fil re-checked the grounding on SFI2, QPD A and B, and picomotor cables.
