HAM7 Ground Loop Checks

Ground loop checks for HAM7 complete. Issues found on SF1 and ZM3. Both issues addressed.
- ZM3 cable modified per E2100504. This addressed known in-chamber short.
- Camilla eliminated short by moving cables inside chamber, alog 65128.
Some of the new ISC/SQZ cables don’t follow our standard cable termination as described in T1200131. Pin 13/backshell/shield normally tied together. New cables tie the shield to the backshell, but not to pin 13. Leaving cables as is, pin 13 and backshell are tied together when connected to the chassis.
