SRC Gouy Phase measurement in completely cold state : 19.5deg+-0.4deg

With the interferometer in a completely cold state (no locks, no TCS ring heaters, no CO2, except for the 0,3W of leakeage on CO2 X) we took a SRC Gouy phase measuremnt:

Botom line: Single-pass Gouy phase is 19.9 +- 0.4 deg (systematic).

We followed algo 52639 for the proceture, using the fast channels H1:IOP-ASC0_MADC6_TP_CH9, H1:IOP-ASC0_MADC6_TP_CH10, H1:IOP-ASC0_MADC6_TP_CH11 for the ASC-AS_C quadrants. The code is in /ligo/home/controls/sballmer/20221206/analyse.m .
