WP10921 ASC camera receiver and processing

Jenne, Dave:

Installed Jenne's new h1asc model, which adds epics input parts to take camera centroid data sent via the Guardian CDS_CA_COPY node. DAQ restart was required.

WP10919 SQZ and ASCSZQFC added input mon and trigger matrices

Daniel, Dave:

Installed Daniel's new h1sqz and h1ascsqzfc models. DAQ restart was required.

WP10924 Move DMT data source from h1daqgds0 to h1daqgds1

Jonathan:

In preparation for Wednesday's DAQ 0-leg upgrade to Den11/PX-Dolphin, the data source for the DMT system was moved from h1daqgds0 to h1daqgds1. Transition was done at the time the DAQ was restarted for the above model changes.

DAQ restart:

Jonathan, Dave:

The DAQ was restarted for the above changes. No problem with the restart other than gds1 needed a second restart to sync its channel lists.

After checking with TJ about guardian connections into NDS.  To guard against issues we temporarily configured h1guardian1 to resolve h1daqnds0 as h1daqnds1.  This should force all new nds queries to the h1daqnds1 box leaving h1daqnds0 free for upgrade tomorrow.

Erik also restarted the FOMs after making sure that they were all configured to use h1daqnds1.
