HVAC Fan Vibrometers

CS Fan3 can see our on/off tests from this week, which can also seen in the fan1 vibrometers. The overall noise changed a bit on Wednesday when Chris and Floyd greased fans. For CS fans 2,3, 5, the noise might be a bit worse, but nothing that looks worrying yet. EX fan2 looks much better after Wednesday.
