Today we drove an excitation into the LO CMB in order to see a line in the LO error signals. As suspected, this also resulted in a line in the HD DIFF spectrum (a result of sidebands on the leaked seed). At a kHZ, the line in the LO loop is around 70dB above the noise floor of the RF3 error signals, while the line in the HD diff spectrum is only about 35dB above the squeezing noise floor. This possibly rules out the LO noise floor getting reinjected into the SQZ spectrum through seeding. This doesn't solve the CLF mystery but maybe informs us that hunting for seeding might not be the direction we want to go in.
