Started in-lock charge measurements

Started in-lock change measurements at 16:37 local time, which invloves driving lines in DARM between 12 and 15 Hz.
Took measurements of ETMY, ITMX and ITMY. Finished at 1:13 UTC. Taken ISC_LOCK back from NLN_CAL_MEAS to NLN. Checked all settings were reverted in sdf. This excited a peak at ~9.7Hz (bounce/roll?) that reduced over ~10's minutes.
