We had a lockloss today when we engaged the ISS second loop (1360106338). We had a similar lockloss a couple of weeks ago at t = 1358881559.
What happens in these locklosses is the AC coupling servo output is held when it is far from the mean, and the diffracted power from the ISS first loop is pushed to 0% (see screenshot)
To help avoid these conditions I added a checker to IMC_LOCK guardian which will only hold the output if it is within 100 counts of the mean for the last 10 seconds. I consulted with Keita and he said it looked legit.
Hopefully this will reduce our ISS related locklosses.
