Yesterday's update to RCG version 5.1.1 introduces several changes.  The following will immediately affect commissioning:

• New filter modules start with input off, output off, and gain of zero.
• New 8x decimation filter, see https://dcc.ligo.org/LIGO-G2202011.  This affects the decimation of h1iopomc0 ADC signals to the user models.
• IPC parts should only be at the top level of the model.  This is now enforced.
• The SDF screen now guarantees an accepted change is saved before removing the difference.  If the change can't be saved, the difference remains.
• Background color on the SDF screen changes depending on whether the SDF is in SAFE, OBSERVE or something else.
• There's a new option for loading only monitored channels from a snap file.
• Status lights on the top of GDS TP screens are reorganized, There's a new light 'FLT' that will turn red if filter coefficients did not successfully load.
