Today, the weld crew (Travis, Angus, Gary) successfully welded 4 practice fibers to the dummy suspension and did a witness hang. Meanwhile Mindy and Thomas installed the ring heater to the real suspension cage. We then continued preps on the suspension and ended the day stuffing the ETMx optic into the structure with the ergo arm. Thanks Joe ODell for all the help there. We witnessed particle count bursts up to 1300 while 0 at other times. The area has not had enough time to clean up and there is just too much equipment in there to expect better. We'll continue to work on improved flow as we can.
