On Tuesday Feb 21, h1iopomc was rebuilt with a custom RCG that changes the latency of IPCs sent from the IOP. 

h1omc0 has a "Low Noise" ADC, GSC-18AI64SSC, running at 524 kHz sample rate.  The IOP, h1iopomc0, sends as IPCs calculation results based on Low Noise ADC channels every 8 samples, or 65 kHz. 

With the standard RCG version 5.1.1, the IPCs were sent after the first of the 8 samples were processed.   

With the custom RCG version, the IPCs are sent after the last of the 8 samples.  The time stamp and read time of the IPCs by their user model receivers is unchanged.  This eliminates 7 samples worth, or 13.35 usec of latency between the IOP sender and the user model receivers.
