The h1ecat1 crash took down TCS which was brought back by Daniel. There was a short ~10 minute period where the ring heaters were in older settings before Daniel restored them to current settings.

Both CO2 lasers were down for ~15 minutes. CO2Y came up as expected. CO2X came back at the lower 35W power with a 0.2W minimum power as we had before Feb 8th - alog 67302. See top left of attached plot. This is not what we want. TJ and I edited the TCS_CO2 guardian to have the chiller set point be 20.5degC rather than the old nominal starting value of 20.0degC. We will hope as it warms up, CO2X will relock on the better 48W mode.

TJ, Camilla. We did not recover the 48W CO2X. It remains at 35W output and 0.3W minimum power. We attempted changing the chiller set point from 20.0 to 22.3degC but did not get a power jump. We have updated tcs_nom_annular_pwr in lscparams and reloaded and reran though the NOM_ANNULAR_POWER state in TCS_ITMX_CO2_PWR so that the CO2X annulus power to the IFO remains at 4W
