More later, but the IFO is currently Undisturbed, with the test mass biases at their low EMI coupling places.  There was no extra noise when using 1/4 bias on the + voltage side (versus extra noise that Sheila saw when using 1/4 bias on the negative voltage side), so I'm leaving the IFO with this lower bias.

Folks are welcome to take us out of Undisturbed to do calibration measurements, or we can just leave the IFO as is for the night.
