WP11018 h1sqz additional filtermodules and slow channels

Camilla, Daniel, EJ, Dave:

A new h1sqz model was installed on h1lsc0. This added 96 slow channels to the DAQ, which was restarted with no issues (no gds1 restart needed, no spurious framewriter restart).

One item of interest, as I was doing the final 'rtcds install h1sqz' on h1build, the model reported a transient SDF File Permissions Error as the burt directory/files were being moved around. EJ confirmed we should expect to see these transient warnings when installing models.
