ETMY in-lock charge measurement taken 10:30am.
Took 12Hz ETMY in-lock charge measuement today 18:33-18:41UTC. Took ITMs in alog 67380. We had to turn back on the L3_LOCK_BIAS OFFSET by hand as it is hard-coded in the RUN_ESD_EXC guardian code and had been recently changed, I have edited this for future.
