The DAQ was reconfigured and restarted for the following changes:

• DAQ broadcaster reconfigured to add 2 new channels requested by John Z
• Daniel and team-Beckhoff created a new H1EDCU_ECATC1PLC2.ini file
• Added EY HEPI Pump Controller to the DAQ
• Mark's h1susim changes have modifed the INI file for this frontend model

All changes were made, this closes out WP3984
