I have updated the matlab analysis code to include the calculation of Veff and Veff2 as detailed in T1700446. I reran the analysis and modified the plotting code to get the past 6 months or so of data plotted as attached.

The ETMY Inlock charge value from the most recent measurement was very different from the previous measurement on March 8th. I made a plot comparing the measured charges over the past 8 months, one with all of the data, and one with the most recent value taken out

More data would certainly be helpful, particularly Inlock measurements.
