A wire braid was used to ground some of the EtherCAT Chassis in the CER. Same as what was done at EX and EY (alog 66402 and alog 66469).

Method provides a low resistance path to the terminal block. Grounding for the PSL and TCS Slow Controls Chassis were not modified.
