Sqz data with improved TCS tuning, ~4.5dB FDS

Took some sqz data today, with the improved ring heater configuration from last night (68236). All data taken with IFO in NLN_CAL_MEAS, with 1600 seconds (100avgs x 16s/avg) at each time.

From Dhruva's calibration on 2/3/23, these opo pump powers correspond to:
88 uW  ~~ NLG=13.2,   or 15.6dB generated sqz.
100 uW ~~ NLG = 19.05, or 17.5dB generated sqz.

Measuring NLG (non-linear gain of sqzer) based on carrier/seed optical gain now, it is fairly consistent with above calibration (did not optimize opo temps here).
 ---> No opo pump, seed nominal = 0.92 (OPO_IR_PD_LF_OUT_DQ)
@ 88uW,  max_ir = 8.8.  NLG = 9.5 (=8.8/0.92),  Gen SQZ = 14.3 dB
@ 100uW, max_ir = 18.  NLG = 19.5 (=18/0.92),  Gen SQZ = 17.9 dB

The attached figure shows the cleaned BNS range during this measurement (FDS/FIS with 88uW OPO trans). This plot shows how important our filter cavity is. 

No sqz: 124 Mpc
FIS: 130 Mpc
FDS: 140 Mpc

Sorry, above GPS times were wrongly converted (my confusion between defaults being utc/pt..). Additionally, the times were not 1600s, they were 100 averages with 16s timespans, but with 75% overlap (oops!!). So, only around ~400-500 seconds for each dtt average (try 500?). Here should be the correct gpstimes at least, but we will likely need to get longer data stretches.
