It appears that the IM4 trans power is increasing over the first hour of the lock, despite the ISS second loop. Craig and I have a made a some ndscopes showing what is actually changing when IM4 trans is changing. It appears the amount of light on the ISS first loop PD is changing, in other words the input power is changing.
