Picoing CO2 pointing to line up with IFO Beam

Dan, Camilla. After Cao's alog 68361 showing our self-heating from IFO beam and CO2 aren't lined up on the ITMs, Dan and I pico'ed both CO2 top periscope mirrors.

Aiming to center cO2 annular pattern on self-heating from IFO beam. Using IFO power up form last night, got to 60W input at 1364638500 (2023/04/04 10:14:41 UTC) and then 40 minutes later (1364640800), see attached. Updated the HWS ORIGIN_X/Y to these values, this updates the red cross on HWS LIVE.

CO2 before any changes. Photo attached.

CO2X  starting pico values (12000, 8000).  Changed pico to (x: 13000, y: 8000). Photo attached.

CO2Y starting pico values (-12250, -3500).  Changed pico to (x: -12850, y: -3800)Photo attached.

Picomotor instructions:
Get to medm from sitemap > LSC > picomotors > TCS X/Y CO2.
Remember to follow instructions on picomotor medm, e.g. enable, wait until ready, select motor, step size and speed WALK 10Hz (even if they already look selected).
Adjust TCS CO2 pico #3.  Using "Move to Position" with steps of 500 counts works well.
Blast CO2 for ~minutes and watch the effect using sitemap > TCS > ! HWS LIVE.  CO2 applied for ~10 minutes each time.
We removed some dead pixels from IX HWS code to make the image look nicer by following instructions in TCS wiki and restarted the code with the old references.

After moving the CO2 spots the LSC coupling to DARM and jitter coupling has clearly changed 20 minutes into a lock (we've only had a short lock so far today). Therfore the cleaning will not be working effectively until it's retrained. I will try the common and differential CO2 tests again later tonight too see what operating point might be best now.

Re-ran the mod-depth test to see if the carrier power changed after the CO2 test, as Craig ran it the morning just before.

Slightly more 9MHz down in the AS sensors, but this could also be a thermalisation, CO2 powers still haven't been retuned after the move though.
