Ring Heater Inverse Filter does work as Expected
Last night 68531, Dan found that the Ring Heater Inverse Filter does work as Expected, see attached. The aim of this filter and TCS_ITMX_RH_PWR guardian is to get to the desired RH power as quick is postible without overshooting. See LLO15213 and Danny's alog 47770 instructions.
I added a note to the RH medm to clarifiy the Filter Input (W) is power per segment.

I've accepted the ITMX_RH_INVERSE_FILTER_IN value of 0.88 (where it used to be 0.5), a change made on April 9th, presumably during this functionality test.
