Settings PSAMS at 75W, >5 hours into lock

Naoki, Vicky

With IFO in NLN for >5 hours, we set PSAMS on ZM4/5 = 200V/200V to maximize the transmitted 1.3kHz ADF demod magnitude at OMC_TRANS.

What we did:
1) Step PSAMS voltage one at a time.
2) At each spot, rotate through squeezing angles slowly, making sure we go through a minimum in ADF magnitude, which corresponds to squeezing.

Like this, we expect better mode-matching of the ADF through the OMC will result in increased ADF demod magnitude, if the sqz angle is brought to "squeezing". So we have to change PSAMS, then rotate through sqz angles, then check whether the mininum ADF magnitude has gone up or down since the last psams step.

Now, SQZ BLRMS at 750 Hz (blrms4) and 1.7 kHz (blrms5) read ~3.5-4.5dB of squeezing, DTT cursors measure at least 3.8dB at 2kHz, so it's possible that this setting does indeed improve squeezer mode-matching. Leaving it here (200V/200V) again tonight. Note: this is where we were last night, and often it is set here as well. Also, this is consistent with the best PSAMS settings found during OMC mode scans, like 66946 from late Jan 2023, which I somewhat expect b/c both these OMC-transmission-based figures of merit are mostly sensitive to the same SQZ-OMC mode-matching, which I don't expect to change much with thermalization.
