I added new channels to the hws-server/State_1.py and pulled this to the HWS machines (access instructions in TCS wiki). These channels will be for Cao's new code (not yet merged) that will find the origin and use that to calculate the spherical power. Along with exta cleaning. 

Followed instructions on alog 65966 on how to add these to the hws ioc. h1hwsey is using the python3 branch so used 'git pull origin master' rather than 'git pull'.

20 new channels: 
H1:TCS-{OPTIC}_HWS_CLEAN_SPHERICAL_POWER_{X,Y,AVG}
H1:TCS-{OPTIC}_HWS_CENTER_ESTIMATE_{X,Y}
For OPTIC ITMX, ITMY, ETMX, ETMY.
