The three pulizzi IOC processes, which were running in tmux sessions on h1fescript0, are now running at their permanent location on cdsioc0.

They are running as systemd services, controlled by puppet.

I have extended the EPICS db to add two string records IOC_HOST and IOC_PROCESS which describe how and where they are running. The Pulizzi Overview MEDM has been extended to show this information (see attached).
