Eleonora and Xinghui let me know that they're leaving the OFI OSEM2EUL sensing and EUL2OSEM drive matrices left in diagnostic configuration configuration for the time being while they continue their efforts to diagonalize the undiagonalizable OFI suspension / OSEMs. 

This is fine, because we've turned off all control to the OFI (damping loops) anyways, and there's otherwise drive request, so this does not impact the IFO at all. 
They promise to pick up where they left off tomorrow morning.
