I've lost track if we're still using the UNDISTURBED guardian to Mark that no one's messing with the detector right now (or at least there's no one in the control room, there may be full conversations on Mattermost that I'm missing...), but I figure it's worth letting folks getting ready for ER15 that there's nothing going on and this would be a good time to do passive DetChar studies. 

I flipped the state at 2023-04-21 06:07 UTC (23:07 PDT), but no one's touch the IFO since probably Apr 21 2023 02:48:00 UTC (19:48 PDT) when Eleonora and Xinghui were done for the day.

Oh, and I nudged the DIFF_OFFSET a little when the verbal alarm complained that IR was not found, but other than that, the IFO got NOMINAL LOW NOISE entirely by itself. 

Headed home for the night.
