QUICK SUMMARY:
When I Arrived the IFO Was still at Nominnal Low noise, but DARM FOM was disconnected from source.
Lock Loss immideiately after I took SEI_ENV to Maintenance.
The Lock was 3 hours 5 minutes long. Hopefully the In lock charge measurments went through.
