Diaggui is updated to 3.1.5~dev11.  This version fixes a crash when an NDS connection is dropped.  When the '--fom' or '--autostart' option is used, diaggui will try to restart failed tests, e.g. from a dropped connection.  These options are used on wall displays to ease startup and to keep the diaggui screens running.
