We're in our 3rd lock since I've arrived, 1st lock we're not totally sure what killed it (@ ENGAGE_ASC), 2nd lock may have been from local construction at the rt 240/10 intersection.

Elenna made some gain changes to help speed up ads convergence, TJ and RyanS made some SDF changes and reviewed SDF to fix and find/note some SAFE & OBSERVE files that were undesirably sim-linked

We're at NLN since 18:38UTC and Observing since 19:22UTC, we dropped out momentarily after some EX_ISC SDF diffs appeared then quickly disappeared, back to Observing 19:29UTC
