Fri CP1 Fill, not good, trying again at 3pm

Bad Fill.
Even with the new trip temps of -100C today's fill was not good. The TCs started around their nominal limits, in fact TC-B was not used for the fill because it started at -74C and nominal was -70C. TC-A quickly exceeded the -100C trip level.
We will give the TCs time to warm up and try again at 15:00 with new settings: trip=-120C and tc-nom=-90C.
