Shortened timers and lowered some thresholds for locking
Ryan C and I made a few changes today to help speed up the automation. Most notable changes:
- Increase flashes will start after 120 seconds if not locked
- Threshold for increase flashes X arm power was 0.9 changed to 0.8, since our X arm power has been lower
- DRMI waits 300sec before PRMI
- PRMI waits 600sec before Check MICH
