New SDF Diff colours on CDS Overview
To make the SDF Diff number stand out from its neighbouring Test Point Counts, I have changed its colour scheme on the CDS Overview.
Following TJ's suggestions, the SDF DIFF colours differ between safe.snap and OBSERVE.snap references.
| zero diffs | black text, grey background |
| non-zero diffs, safe.snap | black text, light blue background |
| non-zero diffs, OBSERVE.snap | white text, red backgound |

On EJ's suggestion, I have also removed the FPU block from the overview. I am continuing to "calm" the FPU block on the GDS_TP screens, changing its colour from red to blue.
