OPS Evening Shift Summary
TITLE: 05/05 Eve Shift: 23:00-07:00 UTC (16:00-00:00 PST), all times posted in UTC
STATE of H1: Lock Acquisition
SHIFT SUMMARY: Locked for the first half of shift and high winds and an earthquake kept us unlocked for the second half. Currently locking well at ENGAGE_ASC_FOR_FULL_IFO.
LOG:
Lock #1. Locked for 6h53.
Completed Calibration measurements (alog69333) and 1+ hour of Observing.
To get to observing I accepted SQZ 150V PSAMS settings and Elenna's alog 69321 ASC changes, see attached.
Lockloss at 03:07. Not ASC, though there is a little ring up in LSC_PRCL_IN1 before lockloss, see attahced. It was also about the time the wind picked up, attached plot.
Lock #2.
High winds (gusts up to 50mph) meant we couldn't lock DRMI, I tried an initial alignment that finished at 4:39.
Still loosing lock below DRMI from the wind so held in DOWN for a while.
Locked to CHECK_VIOLINS_BEFORE_POWERUP when at 5:53UTC a earthquake knocked us back to DOWN.
PSL dust counts were high (90 counts of 500nm for the PSL101, plot attached) from the wind. Tagging PSL.
I've been noticing a loud periodic (~30seconds) clicking from the overhead pager outside the CR door, have notified Richard. Tagging DetChar.
