Calibration check - Input filters installed on models

All BSC-ISI sensors become calibrated in nm or nm/s once signals pass through the input filters. The results presented in attachment show that the input filters and the change of basis (loaded in the BSC-ISI model) used for the inertial sensors are right.
The inertial sensors are:
- STS-2
- HEPI L4C
- ST1 L4C
- ST1 T240
- ST2 GS13

The CPS input filters and change of basis matrices are also right. While blending, the geophone calibration gains are readjusted to match with the CPS calibration (used as reference). These adjustment gains are less than 10%.

The change of basis matrix in H1HPIETMY is currently not right (~ Factor 2 error in X-Y directions - change of  basis matrices were fixed on BS, ITMY a month ago). H1HPIETMYmatrices were not changed to avoid HFO-Y commissioning downtime.
The L4C calibration gains are readjusted to match with the IPS calibration (used as reference). These adjustment gains are less than 20%.

Note that in the current version of the commissioning scripts, the input filters of the HEPI L4C of the HEPI and the ISI models are not identical (?).
