No SQZ Angle Adjustments from THERMALIZATION GRD in this lock for Manual SQZ Optimization

Noted by Vicky in alog 69464, the SRCL offset change significantly effected SQZ behavior. Rather than blindly having the THERMALIZATION guardian change the SQZ angle from 195 to 175 degrees 69470, we are going to repeat the SQZ angle optimization in alog 69055 during this lock.
I've commented out the lines that change the sqz angle and reloaded THERMALIZATION guardian.
We think 180 degrees is the best 15 minutes into lock (see attached) and 175 degrees when thermalized. This doesn't seem worth adding to the thermalized guardian so staying at 175 degree SQZ angle with no SQZ angle changes in THERMALIZATION GRD overnight.
