FRS27187 was opened 9th March 2023 to cover a spate of ADC errors on h1seih16's 2nd ADC. These errors went quiet for a while. We got another error at 00:17 this morning (Wed 17may2023). I have updated the ticket and we will monitor to see if this ADC should be swapped out.
